Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc is seeking an Implementation Representative to set up clients within our system and adjust ordering parameters. This on-site role in Warminster, PA requires attention to detail and strong communication.

The position pays $16 per hour and involves coordinating with Sales, Account Managers, and other departments to establish new clients in Producer, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Detail orientation required in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Internet basics.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow processing procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Working knowledge of Vertical Screen operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client requests; create, update, and maintain user accounts.
• Process new client orders and change requests per policies; coordinate with Sales, Account Managers and other departments.
• Collaborate with research and quality assurance teams.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service issues or client concerns.
