Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico is seeking an Intern Year Round - Clerical Union Undergraduate to support Shipping & Mail Services onsite.

You will perform general clerical duties, respond to inquiries, prepare documents, help with mail processing, and collaborate with the team to keep daily office operations running smoothly while maintaining eligibility for OPEIU representation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate program.
• Minimum GPA 2.5/4.0.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours during the summer.
• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
• As a condition of employment, represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), with monthly dues or agency fees.

• Responding to basic inquiries
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
