Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Graduate Student Intern to support business operations within the Mission Services Talent Acquisition Team. The role is a part-time, temporary internship designed to align with graduate studies and deliver value through financial planning, reporting, and risk-aware operations.

You will collaborate with technical partners, assist in budgets and schedules, and help with reviews and funds management while complying with Sandia’s security

Qualifications

• Earned bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in a related graduate program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Ability to work up to 30 hours/week during the academic year and up to 40 hours/week in summer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, monitor policies, and analyze cost variances.
• Collaborate with technical partners to identify business needs.
• Assist in managing supply chain needs and project budgets/schedules.
• Prepare and facilitate management and customer reviews and funds management.
