• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0.
• Able to work up to 25 hours/week during the academic year and up to 40 hours/week in summer.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining supply rooms and copier rooms on each floor.
• Re-stock supply cabinets and replace bags and destruction tickets.
• Fill fleet copier trays with paper and order paper and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and updating calendars for conference and project rooms.
• Assist with move arrangements, vehicle maintenance, and staff escort duties.
• Update staff badge cards and help with basic administrative tasks.
• Submit trouble tickets to resolve equipment issues and ensure conference rooms are functional.
