Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in janitorial/commercial cleaning services.
• Ability to supervise departments of 15+ employees.
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Proficiency with general office PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cleaners at various onsite client locations.
• Coordinate and assign cleaning tasks based on need and skill level.
• Inspect work to ensure company standards and client expectations.
• Serve as primary onsite point-of-contact for questions and issues.
