Job summary

Interstate Premier is a fast growing national janitorial and maintenance company dedicated to creating healthy and safe environments for diverse facilities across North America. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Custodian to join one of our client sites.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player, with a schedule from 6:00PM to 4:30AM (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday).

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Frequent bending and reaching from the waist.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas as assigned.
• Remove trash and replace linings; maintain cleanliness per schedule.
• Ensure floor maintenance for hard surfaces and carpet (mopping, waxing, buffing, shampooing).
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues.
