Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a Lead/Working Supervisor to oversee on-site janitorial teams. Schedule Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm; pay $17/hour. Candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and lead a team at a client site.

We require knowledge of chemicals and equipment, fluent English, ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Qualified applicants will be considered for employment in a fast-growing national company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemicals and equipment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and bend.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors; sanitize and disinfect surfaces.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at the assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
