Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Kids Core Staff I to work onsite in the Kids Core program. The role offers full-time hours with scheduling based on weekly programs and required on-site presence during operating hours.

Candidates should bring a caring demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to supervise children ages 6 months to 13 years. CPR/First Aid and AED certifications are encouraged and may be completed on site after employment.

Qualifications

• Entry level position requiring a caring, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent customer service, mentoring and leadership skills required.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• CPR and AED certifications are required (on-site training available).

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supervised environment for children in the Kids Core.
• Maintain cleanliness and order; manage displays and supplies when not with children.
• Assist with sign-in/sign-out procedures and communicate with parents.
• Care for each child’s personal needs with warmth and consistency.
• Support parents with fee structure and payments for Kids Core services.
• Maintain open, positive rapport with parents and report any health concerns.
