Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Kids Core Staff I to provide quality care for children ages 6 months through 13 years during Kids Core hours. This onsite, full-time role supports programs each week and includes hands-on supervision, safety, and engagement with families.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized environment, assisting with sign-in/out, and collaborating with parents. CPR/AED certification is required; the position offers benefits and a pathway for growth within Kohler Co.

Qualifications

• Must possess a caring, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent customer service, mentoring and leadership skills.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
• Certification Requirements: Adult/child CPR and AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, protected environment and assist with washroom chores and snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize toys and equipment; monitor responsibility areas.
• Clean and update displays and perform other duties when no children are present.
• Care for children, offering comfort, affection and positive guidance.
• Assist with sign-in/sign-out procedures and understand the Kids Core fee structure.
• Communicate with parents and provide important updates about children.
