Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma or equivalent; chemical process tech degree preferred.
• 3+ years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Familiar with safety, health and environmental programs and basic PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and SOPs.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical process systems and related equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust processes to maintain operating conditions.
• Assist in loading product and unloading materials.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance on process equipment.
• Document test results, maintain records, and use SPC where applicable.
• Conduct quality control tests and follow Cabot test methods.
• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in safety programs.
• Support continuous improvement and ISO/RC management systems.
• Work a 12-hour rotating shift and respond to call-outs as needed.
