Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Chemical Process Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong safety, health, and environmental record and practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical process systems and related equipment with safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operating conditions; document results and trends.
• Assist in loading product for shipment and unloading raw materials.
• Perform maintenance, enter work orders, and document equipment condition.
• Conduct quality testing using Cabot methods and SPC techniques to ensure product quality.
