Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Centralized Care Agent to work onsite in Colorado. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, direct customers to the appropriate person, and update account information while applying HVAC terminology and Johnson Controls offerings.

You will operate under supervision in a fast-paced service center, utilize NxGen for account updates, and escalate critical issues when required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years in service coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to handle high-volume service activities with tact.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications.
• HVAC terminology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from customers and redirect as needed.
• Update customer accounts and perform back-office tasks.
• Apply knowledge of Johnson Controls offerings to resolve issues.
• Escalate critical system issues to management when needed.
• Collaborate with Branch Service and field teams to support backlog goals.
