Job summary

Coastal Carriers Truck Lines LLC is seeking an Onsite Driver Recruiter in Troy, MO to manage the end-to-end hiring process for qualified CDL drivers. The role involves recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring drivers, while building relationships via phone, email, job boards, referrals, social media, and events.

You will provide customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle, coordinate interviews, background checks, DOT requirements, drug screenings, orientation, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Recruiting experience preferred; transportation or CDL driver recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers via phone, email, job boards, referrals, social media, and recruiting events.
• Provide customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Coordinate scheduling and completion of key steps including interviews, background checks, DOT requirements, drug screenings, orientation, and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and Human Resources to meet hiring goals; maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATS.
• Create and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top driving talent.
