Job summary

CVAUSA is seeking a proactive Clinical Research Coordinator for an onsite role in Daytona Beach, FL. The position supports coordination of cardiovascular clinical trials, site operations, data management, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have cardiovascular clinical experience, 1–2 years in clinical research, and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines. CCRP certification is a plus; bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (RN, technologist, medical assistant, etc.).
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience, including patient enrollment and study coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials: patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
• Support day-to-day site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide regular study updates.
• Maintain study documentation, regulatory binders, and patient records per GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance.
