Qualifications

• Clinical trial management experience including recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Licensed clinical role in cardiovascular medicine (RN, technologist, etc.).
• Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Trial Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment. Ensure protocols are followed.
• Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring activities comply with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Data Management: Collect, verify, and manage clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including regulatory submissions and patient records, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and trial performance.
