Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Columbus, GA site. You will oversee clinical trials, coordinate patient enrollment, and support day-to-day site operations with a focus on regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (RN, technologist, medical assistant, etc.)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical research experience, including patient enrollment and study coordination
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) preferred
• Experience with electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits
• Support day-to-day research site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders, providing study updates and reporting
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders in line with GCP/ICH
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance
