Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research (preferred).
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience including enrollment and coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CCRP certification (e.g., CCRP) preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with EDC systems and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials: recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
• Support day-to-day site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide updates and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation, regulatory binders, and patient records per ICH/GCP.
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance.
