Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Five years of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management (preferred).
• Experience with web line, converting, material handling, or automation equipment.
• Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment.
• Proficient use of typical business, office, and technical software including AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned projects.
• Lead a cross functional team to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interact with multiple discipline teams including 3M plant personnel, consultants, and suppliers.
• Estimate capital equipment and installation costs.
• Protect 3M intellectual property.
