Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a Campus Coordinator onsite to oversee enrollment growth, staff leadership, and daily operations at the campus. You will manage budgets, ensure licensing compliance, hire and train staff, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality classical programs.

Qualifications

• Principled professional leader with independent work ethic and service mindset.
• Experience in liberal arts and/or education; prior work with children preferred.
• Licensed program experience preferred; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow program enrollment and community engagement.
• Manage budget for payroll and supply expenses.
• Ensure licensing compliance per AZDHS requirements.
• Hire, train, and mentor program staff; provide coaching.
• Model appropriate child guidance and classroom management.
• Represent programs at campus events and with parents.
• Attend regular meetings at Home Office and other locations.
• Substitute in classroom as needed; assist with events and protocols.
• Escalate incident reports to Regional Manager when required.
