Responsabilités

• Advise Board members on policies and best practices.
• Monitor assessments and manage payments for Association services and equipment.
• Assess facilities and vendor needs, evaluate vendors, negotiate services.
• Perform regular inspections for homeowner violations and maintenance needs.
• Maintain physical and electronic data files for the Association and Heritage systems.
• Respond to inquiries involving business services and relationships during regular business hours.
