Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Sr. Calibration Tech Lead at PacSci EMC in Chandler, AZ. This hands-on role combines advanced calibration expertise with day-to-day workflow leadership, prioritization, mentorship, and cross-functional coordination.

Approximately 70% of the role is hands-on calibration work in production environments, serving as the focal point for calibration priorities, backlog reduction, and audit support. 100% on-site with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military/commercial calibration training plus 3 years calibration/biomedical technician experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 7 years hands-on calibration experience is acceptable.
• Demonstrated hands-on calibration across electrical, physical/mechanical, or dimensional disciplines.
• Ability to independently prioritize calibration requirements, manage schedules, and communicate constraints clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership capability to guide and mentor without formal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform advanced hands-on calibration across multiple disciplines.
• Spend approximately 70% of the role performing hands-on calibration in production environments.
• Serve as the technical/operational lead without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Own day-to-day calibration workflow, prioritization, and backlog reduction.
• Act as the operational focal point for calibration, communicating priorities and status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document calibration activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements and audits.
