Job summary

ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Energy Technology and Power Generation company to recruit a CAD Designer I for an on-site role in Schenectady, NY. The position supports the Engineering and Design Department, collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines.

The candidate will create CAD models from sketches, revise drawings, and ensure documentation quality and adherence to standards. On-site work, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD software required.
• Knowledge of drafting practices and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create CAD models and drawings from sketches and instructions.
• Revise and update engineering drawings per Engineers/PMs.
• Follow established drafting standards and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance in all documentation.
