Job summary

Badmus & Associates is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to manage petitions, filings, and client communications across the U.S. You will work with attorneys to deliver accurate, timely case work and maintain organized documentation.

The role emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. On-site employment supports professional growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of business-immigration paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of PERM, employment-based filings, and agency procedures.
• Excellent writing, organization, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and with a team.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding client service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with coworkers, clients and vendors.
• Able to balance independently and as a team player.
• Computer skills and data management using internet search, case management software and email applications.
• Excellent word processing; proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel; familiar with PowerPoint; typing 50 WPM.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong personal initiative and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and timely file employment-based petitions and applications (PERM, J-1 waivers, I-140s, H-1Bs, EBS filings).
• Organize, review, and summarize client documents with high accuracy.
• Draft forms, letters, case summaries, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
• Correspond with clients, employers, and agencies professionally.
• Record billable hours and manage case calendars.
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and manage document workflows.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Performs other duties to support the Badmus & Associates Team.
