Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify callers accurately in compliance with policy and procedure.
• Provide support to business clients and internal partners via telephone and virtual channels.
• Research and resolve client requests with timely accuracy; escalate when needed.
• Assist with account maintenance per policy and procedures.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional client experience with one-contact resolution.
• Provide feedback to improve the client experience.
