Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in broadcasting or media environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with broadcast traffic systems and proposal management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter broadcast and digital advertising orders accurately in the sales system.
• Coordinate and manage the trafficking of commercials and copy.
• Regularly update programming in the proposal management system.
• File political documents with the FCC in a timely, compliant manner.
• Manage title updates and coordinate with TV measurement companies; perform other duties as assigned.
