Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an onsite Briefing Coordinator to support DARPA Front Office operations in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on technical writing, briefing coordination, and producing clear, concise documents for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience in a technical writing position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Strong attention-to-detail, able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences, and skilled at prioritization and time management.
• Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to report to Arlington up to full‑time based upon client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documents that explain complex ideas to varied audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Design, organize, write, and edit technical documents; research new and emerging technologies.
• Prepare PowerPoint slide decks and technical briefs; ensure consistency of message across briefs and documents.
• Support DARPA Front Office operations; coordinate briefings and provide admin support to leadership.
• Maintain a comprehensive electronic library of technical documentation with updates and revisions.
