Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Briefing Coordinator to provide onsite support for DARPA Front Office operations.

The successful candidate will create technical documents, coordinate briefings, and research emerging biological technologies while maintaining consistency of messaging across briefs and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven experience in a technical writing position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write for multiple audiences.
• Active Secret clearance and Arlington on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support in Arlington, VA as an onsite SETA for DARPA Front Office operations.
• Create technical documents and briefing materials for diverse audiences.
• Research emerging biological technologies and maintain consistency of messaging.
• Deliver PowerPoint decks and program descriptions; manage updates to the document library.
