The Briefing Coordinator will provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA, and will serve as an onsite SETA for DARPA Front Office operations. Responsibilities include technical writing, briefing coordination, and general administrative support to office leadership. The coordinator will create technical documents that explain complex ideas to a variety of audiences, design and organize briefing materials, research and document emerging biological technologies, and work with DARPA leadership and Program Managers to maintain consistency of message across multiple briefs and documents. Deliverables include responses to inquiries from DoD components, Congress, and stakeholders; PowerPoint slide decks; technical briefs; and program descriptions. The role requires expert PowerPoint skills and the ability to analyze documents for style continuity and manage updates to an electronic library of technical documentation.
SPA provides a robust total compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. Compensation includes competitive base pay of USD $115,000 to $155,000 per year, along with variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time‑off programs. Salaries are commensurate with experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
