Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an outside calling program to generate new business and grow existing relationships.
• Balance in-branch activities with outside business development activities.
• Uncover opportunities and provide products and services to meet customer needs.
• Coach and mentor staff to build sales and service skills.
• Manage staff sales activities to support sales and referral goals.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent the Bank at community events and foster market presence.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and HR program support.
