Job summary

The Fixture Zone, a growing Phoenix-based wholesale distributor, seeks an onsite Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions. You will strengthen internal ownership of accounting and coordinate with our external accounting firm as needed.

We require 5+ years of bookkeeping experience and Sage 100 or Sage 300 proficiency, plus strong Excel skills. This role offers a full- or part-time onsite schedule with competitive pay and benefits in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Sage 100 or Sage 300 experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating with external accounting firms.
• Onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Prepare and post customer invoices; apply payments and deposits.
• Manage accounts receivable aging and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts (e.g., Authorize.net, Clover).
• Maintain accounting / ERP system accuracy (Sage 100).
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate reporting (iSolved).
• Monitor chargebacks and payment discrepancies.
• Assist leadership with financial reporting preparation.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Communicate with external CPA firm for month-end and tax support.
