CFS in Niles, MI is seeking an experienced accounting professional for hands-on daily tasks and financial recordkeeping in a locally respected business.

You will maintain accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, assist with month-end and year-end close, process invoices and payroll entries, and ensure compliance with policies and standards in a detail-oriented team environment with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
