Qualifications

• City of Seattle Steam Engineer's License Grade 2 required.
• 3+ years boiler operation and maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Fall protection equipment required for working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate boilers and boiler-related auxiliary equipment.
• Read gauges, meters, and charts to monitor boiler operations.
• Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels.
• Record data and logs of operation and safety activity.
