Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–2 years experience; 2–3 years with associate degree/cert; 4–5 years with high school diploma.
• Experience using ERP, MES, CRM, production‑planning, or scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, finalize, and communicate the next-day production schedule for assigned product lines and activities.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production plans across Cambridge and Burlington sites.
• Analyze demand, capacity, resources, equipment, materials, inventory, and readiness to support scheduling decisions.
• Resolve routine scheduling conflicts within established parameters and suggest schedule changes.
• Support capacity and resource-utilization models, and provide data-supported findings to supervisors.
• Monitor schedule execution and propose recovery options for deviations and downtime.
• Coordinate daily schedule with Manufacturing, Quality Control/Assurance, Materials, and other stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to scheduling processes and reporting; participate in requirements testing.
