Job summary

Partner Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineering Technician III for the Lynnwood, WA site. You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cGMP manufacturing, lab, and non‑GMP facilities, reporting to the Maintenance Manager within Engineering.

You will ensure compliance through documentation, inspections, and change control while supporting reliability improvements and cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated setting (cGMP biotech/pharma).
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, or electromechanical trades.
• Familiar with LOTO and regulatory procedures.
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Knowledge of change control and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates across functions to support maintenance, projects, and continuous improvement across asset lifecycle.
• Ensures cGMP compliance through accurate documentation of equipment operations and maintenance.
• Maintains, operates, and optimizes utility systems (HVAC, controls, refrigeration, power, water, steam) in cGMP environments.
• Plans, schedules, and oversees inspections, testing, maintenance, and contractor work.
• Performs maintenance and repairs per cGMP procedures and change control requirements.
• Complies with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies inefficiencies and implements improvements to enhance reliability.
• Interprets drawings and specifications to support maintenance activities.
• Executes preventive and corrective maintenance on cGMP process equipment in cleanrooms.
• Performs gowning and PPE procedures per cleanroom standards.
• Participates in facility inspections and safety trainings.
