Job summary

Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Biomedical Technician for our Las Vegas, NV facility to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, testing and documentation of medical equipment.

You will work onsite with the Biomedical Operations Manager, using iQuest to track service activity and ensure devices are ready for customers and the rental fleet. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, completing work orders in iQuest, adhering to ISO 13485 quality practices, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework or hands-on repair experience preferred.
• Previous experience with medical equipment service or related hands-on environment.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and document work accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and safety/quality awareness.
• Proficient using a computer, CMMS, and digital work instructions to enter data.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections, cleaning and disinfection, preventive maintenance, functional testing, troubleshooting and repair of supported medical equipment.
• Complete work orders accurately in iQuest with device identifiers, findings, labor, parts, and testing results.
• Follow approved work instructions and manufacturer manuals; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage workload to meet turnaround expectations and communicate delays or parts needs.
• Inspect service parts, test equipment and tools; report missing materials and out-of-calibration equipment.
