Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician 2 to perform onsite evaluation, diagnosis, repair and scheduled maintenance of hospital biomedical equipment to ensure reliable healthcare delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of experience servicing medical devices, knowledge of electronics, and ability to work after-hours with strong communication and analytical skills. Travel for service calls and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent military education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic circuitry and schematic interpretation.
• Ability to work after-hours and on call.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. and ability to pass background checks.
