Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Biomedical Electronics or 2+ years' experience supporting and servicing medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, maintains and services Cayuga Health Services clinical equipment including digital TV systems and pneumatic tube systems.
• Investigates and instructs others on the use and operation of clinical equipment.
• Maintains knowledge on Cayuga Health system clinical equipment.
• Uses the hospital information system to enter and retrieve maintenance data.
• Completes monthly equipment reporting on preventive maintenance requirements.
• Participates in Joint Commission accreditation reviews of Medical Equipment.
