Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and compliant healthcare environment by following safety procedures and addressing hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and installation of facility systems and equipment per standards.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance; replace HVAC filters and medical gas cylinders; perform complex work under supervision.
• Support facilities operations by maintaining tools, equipment, and inventory; document maintenance activities.
• Participate in facilities emergency response and on-call coverage as required, including after-hours work when needed.
