Job summary

McGough in West Texas is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM Execution Plans and advance VDC integration across assigned projects.

You will collaborate with owners, Architects and engineers to develop 3D models, 4D/5D schedules, and virtual mockups, while mentoring junior VDC staff and driving continuous improvement.

This onsite role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a passion for Lean construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in AEC or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years planning and executing BIM and VDC at project level.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit and 3D coordination tools.
• Experience planning and executing laser scanning and data deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams.
• Lead 3D coordination and 4D/5D planning across projects.
• Mentor junior VDC personnel and support BEP scope, schedules, budgets.
• Create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Fuzor.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers and trades.
