Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the global BI practice, shape data strategy, and turn insights into action. You will work with senior leadership and own critical BI, data warehousing, and reporting capabilities to drive enterprise decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with BI experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Onsite presence in Hoffman Estates, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience; consumer products or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting BI and enterprise reporting environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI, SSRS, and Cognos preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global BI practice and data strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, reporting, and cost management.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Report to senior leadership with regular information systems performance updates.
