Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in production supervision or related role.
• 5+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing in the beverage industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise production staff, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to foster a high-performance environment.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace for all team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and refine manufacturing processes.
• Track KPIs, analyze data for process improvements, and report on production metrics regularly.
• Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
• Manage the processes and personnel involved in manufacturing, activities focused on guaranteeing an agile process that ensures the safety of people, the proper functioning of the machinery, and that the articles comply with quality standards.
• Oversee, manage and organize the work team, resources and processes in a manufacturing plant. Schedule routine activities, delegate tasks, and will be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving any unexpected situation(s) that threaten to slow down the work flow.
