Logan Health seeks a detail-driven Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You’ll administer health and welfare plans, retirement programs, PTO, and leave coordination for employees, ensuring accurate enrollment and policy compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in employee benefits, strong Excel/mail-merge skills, and data-tracking ability. Healthcare experience is preferred; you’ll collaborate with HR, vendors, and payroll.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in employee benefits.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of benefit compliance regulations (FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject matter expert for benefit-related inquiries and provide exceptional support to employees across the health system.
• Administer benefit programs such as tuition reimbursement, extended time bank (ETB) programs, and retirement plans in alignment with policy and compliance standards.
• Partner with HR team members, vendors, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, changes, and leave-related timekeeping.
• Monitor benefit usage trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in benefit communications to promote employee engagement and awareness.
