Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Marianna, FL is seeking a Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our behavioral health team. Compensation ranges $18.00–$22.00 hourly with a monthly bonus up to $500.

This is an onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, at our Marianna Office. You will greet clients, coordinate prescriptions, handle insurance forms, scheduling, billing support, and vital signs under physician supervision, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones professionally.
• Coordinate prescriptions and pharmacies.
• Complete insurance forms, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
• Assist with billing tasks and front-desk operations.
• Take and record vital signs; refill prescriptions under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to support client care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
