Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters seeks a full-time onsite Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in rural Oregon (Wheeler/Gilliam county: Condon/Arlington/Fossil). The role oversees clinicians, ensures treatment plans are signed, and covers after-hours crisis response. Relocation assistance and training are provided, with a $5,500 sign-on bonus.

The supervisor will guide day-to-day clinical operations, participate in administrative duties, and work with prescribers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral/mental health, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• 2+ years post-Masters experience if non-licensed; 5+ years if licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours emergency services and crisis intervention on a 24-hour rotating basis.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; supervise clinicians and conduct performance evaluations.
• Initiate holds and coordinate civil commitment processes with hospitals, case workers and agencies.
• Coordinate schedules with contracted prescribers and ensure coordinated medical treatment.
• Work with Quality Assurance to meet standards; lead clinical staff meetings and participate in admin meetings.
• Inform and engage the public about services and programs.
