Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Algonquin, IL for the 26/27 school year. The role focuses on delivering ABA services to K-12 students, designing BIPs, and training school staff.

Requires IL licensure and BCBA certification; compensation starts at $50/hour. Full-time, onsite, with opportunities to impact student growth and communication skills across PreK-12 settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility in the state.
• Experience as a BCBA in a school/educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methods for ASD and related disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD.
• Provide direct ABA services including DBA, DTT, and naturalistic teaching.
• Collaborate with teachers, paras, and related service providers to implement plans.
• Train school staff and families on behavior strategies and data collection.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
