Columbia Bank is seeking a Bank Teller to provide accurate financial transactions and exceptional service for customers onsite at our branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related duties while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes relationship building and proactive product referrals to meet client needs. Qualified candidates typically have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of banking or customer service experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.
• Strong attention to detail in numbers and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and support ATM and other daily tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding money and funds transfers.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and offer solutions per service standards.
• Deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services and stay updated.
• Refer basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
