AT&T is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (Azure Cloud & DevOps Platform Engineer) to drive Azure infrastructure engineering, cloud migration, platform automation, and application modernization for critical enterprise systems.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation, while mentoring teams and partnering across disciplines to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions. This role emphasizes hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise-grade reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Azure Cloud IaaS/PaaS, networking, storage, identity, governance.
• Experience leading cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep; experience with Helm; container deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture, automation, and operational support for Azure-based infrastructure and platform services.
• Lead migration and modernization of legacy applications to Azure.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and deployment automation.
• Support enterprise data platforms including Snowflake and Databricks.
• Partner with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Implement cloud-native architectures with containers, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.
• Establish monitoring, logging, performance, and reliability across cloud/hybrid environments.
• Lead production support, incident response, and platform standardization initiatives.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps, automation, cloud engineering, and operational excellence.
