Job summary

Devopsroles seeks a DevOps Team Lead in Digital Solutions to guide a skilled developer group in designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud apps on the Azure stack. You will drive automation of the software development and deployment lifecycle to improve speed, quality and value for clients.

You will lead the technical vision, assign work, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers to strengthen skills while delivering reliable, cost‑efficient cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Typically requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience developing, managing, and automating deployments for complex web applications on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision for web applications using Microsoft Azure stack.
• Assign work and guide a team of product developers across client projects.
• Develop, test, and debug new modules and enhancements.
• Participate in agile processes to document requirements, estimate work, and develop solutions.
• Perform code reviews and facilitate peer reviews to ensure quality.
• Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Mentor developers to grow technical skills.
• Collaborate on architecture strategies to minimize cloud costs and improve efficiency.
