Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an Avionics & Harness Technician B to fabricate harnesses and electro‑mechanical assemblies for spacecraft and ground systems. The role is 2nd shift and 100% onsite at our California facility, with work aligned to blueprints, drawings, and integration/testing procedures.

Qualified individuals will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months’ aerospace technician experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a technician in aerospace or equivalent industry and/or Trade School training.
• Experience using hand tools, repairing and troubleshooting electronic components.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (interim/final post-start) required.

Responsibilities

• Wire harnesses assembly per NASA.STD.8739.4A.
• Use of harness tools (soldering irons, crimpers, hot tweezers).
• Test wire harnesses with high pot testers, multimeters, force gauges.
• Assemble electrical ground support equipment and test setups.
• Document non-conformances and perform rework/repair as needed.
