Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Wonderware Lead to drive the design, development, implementation, and support of industrial automation and MES/SCADA solutions using the AVEVA product suite. The role requires leading technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering manufacturing digitalization initiatives across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in leading Wonderware/AVEVA projects and deep expertise in System Platform, InTouch,

Qualifications

8-10 years of lead experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Wonderware/AVEVA solutions.
Architect and implement SCADA, HMI, Historian, MES, and System Platform applications.
Gather business and functional requirements from manufacturing and operations teams.
Design scalable and reliable industrial automation solutions.
Lead code reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning.
Ability to assess Aveva System Platform 2023R2SP1 for system requirements.
Install Aveva System Platform software 2023R2SP1 and work within licensing requirements.
Develop a migration strategy for production environments based on system assessment.
Execute cutover change management and troubleshoot IO connectivity.

Responsibilities
